A few months back a new children’s fashion brand began their pre-launch promotion. Their premise was very compelling to me so I signed up for their emails and began telling friends about them (if you receive the Dadsigner emails there was a mention recently. If you don’t receive the emails then you should sign up here). Since that time the brand has officially launched and I have received two SAY shirts for Juniper.
I am a big fan of simplicity and details (if you haven’t already picked up on that). SAY has done a great job of focusing on the quality and fit of their shirts without overcomplicating them. It is rare that you can find a $12-15 shirt for your kid that has this level of design. SAY has partnered with artists around the world to release limited edition shirts at an affordable price.
Each week SAY launches a new shirt (or shirts) that is organic and ethically produced. All of their garments are made from 100% organic Australian combed cotton. For those that are not aware, combed cotton is a process that makes the garments much softer than COE cotton (this is what your average giveaway shirt is). You can read more about the difference here, if you are really interested in cotton processing.
So you may be asking yourself, “why does he love this brand so much over all the other children’s garment makers out there?” First, I love their clean and minimalistic approach to their brand and their shirts. No frills are necessary for the quality to shine. Second, I love that they are partnering with artists to make designs for their shirts (and I am secretly hoping they’ll ask me to design one too!). The designs are all so fun and quirky without being over the top. Maybe it is just perfectly aligned with my aesthetic but I think they are some of the best designs available. And third, I love their price point. For some it may seem like a lot but for what you are getting it is an amazing deal.
If this has at all piqued your interest in this great brand you should definitely check out what they offer: SAY.com.
